If for some reason you were not satisfied with our product(s) within 30 days of purchase date, follow the below steps to receive a full refund for the price of products purchased excluding shipping.

Service Support can not cancel autoship orders. 

For a Returns**:
1. Go into your member subscription portal https://account.eirtree.com/login#/ 
2. Request a return ticket and it will provide an RMA number and shipping address to send to via email conformation. 
3. Once the products arrive, a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs will be placed on the original form of payment.

To modify or cancel your subscription you MUST*:

1. Go into your member subscription portal https://account.eirtree.com/login#/ 
2. Submit a modification or cancel subscription ticket
3. Your submission will be processed
4. You will receive a notification via email of your request
